CenterPointe is hosting a donation drive to stock up on winter basic needs items from November 1st-December 31st. Please bring in any new or gently used, adult-sized coats, hats, scarves, socks, and gloves to the CenterPointe Campus for Health & WellBeing located at 2202 S. 11th Street, Mondays-Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm.
All donations will be used by the CenterPointe Street Outreach team to give to individuals experiencing homelessness. The CenterPointe street outreach team consists of 5 street outreach workers, 1 nurse and 1 therapist. This year, the team has worked with 336 individuals; providing them with basic needs items, quicker access to substance use and mental health treatment, assessments and documentation for housing programs, and release planning with local hospitals and Lancaster County corrections.
