We offer one-time urgent or episodic visits for acute concerns that do not require ongoing primary care. These visits can address minor illnesses, infections, or other non-emergency health issues. Fees for urgent visits are not billed to insurance, unless the individual is established with CenterPointe's primary care services. An urgent visit is $100 at the time of evaluation, and any additional testing or labs may be billed to insurance if performed. Individuals may schedule these visits between the hours of 8am to 5pm. Please call ahead of time to determine availability. To begin this process, initial paperwork may be completed below or can be completed in the office prior to the visit.
