WRAP Group 

Create life and wellness the way you want it! Join us for our Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) group to help: 

  • Develop simple and effective tools to create and maintain wellness
  • Create a daily plan to stay on track with your wellness goals
  • Identify how to handle setbacks 
  • Gain support and stay in control in a crisis 
  • and most importantly, increase hope in your life!

Join us on Mondays 2:00-3:00pm 

 

The Real Life Parent Club

A Trauma-Informed Parenting Group for navigating tough moments.

  • Gain skills and tools in mutually benefial ways in connecting with loved ones
  • Children are welcome to come and participate in a separate fun activity with staff/volunteers
    during group.

Join us on Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm (Beginning September 29) 

 

Peer Empowerment Connections

Have you struggled with your well-being? This is a peer-led group that provides support to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use symptoms.  This group provides a safe place to share challenges and successes with those around you. 

The purpose of this group is to: 

  • Understand and accept your mental health condition
  • Gain support from others with similar experiences
  • Develop healthy ways to cope with your struggles

Wednesdays at 2:00-3:00pm 

 

SMART Recovery

Join us for SMART Recovery meetings to receive mutual help in addiction recovery. 

SMART Recovery can help with:

  • Building and maintaining motivation 
  • Coping with urges or substance cravings
  • Managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
  • Living a balanced life 

SMART Recovery: Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm or Thursdays 12:00-1:00pm

SMART Recovery for Youth (ages 13-19): Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm 

 

The Waiting Room

  • A Support Group for people who love someone struggling with Mental Health and or/substance use.
  • Drop-in confidential and non-clinical space to be understood, resourced and connected
  • Topics on understanding the disorder, family roles, boundaries, grief, communication and self care

Fridays 5:00-6:00pm

 

All groups take place at the CenterPointe Campus for Health & WellBeing located at 2202 S. 11th St. Lincoln, NE 68502.
