Mental Health First Aid

First Plymouth Church

CenterPointe is partnering with First Plymouth Church to offer a Mental Health First Aid training for the community on February 28th from 8:30am to 5:00pm. It will be held in the Pilgrim Hall of the First Plymouth Church on 2000 D St for a cost of $20, and participants are asked to bring their own lunch.

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to help someone that has a mental health problem and the steps you can take to respond to the signs of mental health issues.
