Luke Meier & Stephanie Stoneking

Luke Meier is a 38-year-old father and husband. He has been counseling since 2013 and was in the military from 2003-2010. Along with his counseling education and experience, he has a master's degree in theological studies. He has experience in substance abuse disorders, depression management, anxiety, mindfulness techniques, practical coping skills, and providing a listening ear. Luke works in substance abuse and mental health treatment centers, private practice, and contract work. Luke has done a TED talk in Lincoln titled Avoiding the Quick Fix which can be found on YouTube. Luke enjoys asking difficult questions that encourage reflection and addressing behaviors that interfere with what you want in life.    

Stephanie has been working with CenterPointe for nearly a year and has found a passion for the mental health field. Stephanie has been actively practicing yoga for mind and body health for over 2 years. She has future goals of opening a wellness center which would offer therapy, yoga, and other holistic modalities.
