  • This is a long-term program for individuals experiencing both SPMI and substance use disorders.

  • This is our long-term treatment program for individuals experiencing both SPMI and substance use disorders in Omaha

  • This is our short-term treatment program for individuals experiencing substance use or co-occuring mental health conditions in Omaha

  • Outpatient services may include: individual, group, and family counseling, psychiatric services, and primary care services

  • Psychiatric diagnostic assessments are scheduled and available within 3-5 business days of request. Individuals may walk into the Outpatient clinic at 2202 S 11th Street during business hours or call our front desk (402.475.5161) to schedule an appointment.
