Create life and wellness the way you want it! Join us for our Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) group to help:
- Develop simple and effective tools to create and maintain wellness
- Create a daily plan to stay on track with your wellness goals

Addiction Education/Relapse Prevention Group
Group consists of substance use education and ongoing recovery maintenance support. Provides interventions to identify, challenge and replace maladaptive thinking to change behavior patterns and sustain long-term recovery from substance use.
Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm
Please speak with your therapist for a referral.
SMART Recovery
Join us for SMART Recovery meetings to receive mutual help in addiction recovery.
SMART Recovery can help with:
- Building and maintaining motivation
- Coping with urges or substance cravings
- Managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
- Living a balanced life

Family & Friends Support Group
Do you have a loved one facing mental health or substance use challenges? This group provides support to family and friends affected by these challenges. It provides a safe space to share and develop supportive relationships.
The purpose of this group is to:
- Increase understanding
- Develop healthy ways to support your loved one
- Build a supportive community
- Learn self-care and coping skills

Peer Empowerment Connections
Have you struggled with your well-being? This is a peer-led group that provides support to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use symptoms. This group provides a safe place to share challenges and successes with those around you.
The purpose of this group is to:
- Understand and accept your mental health condition
- Gain support from others with similar experiences
- Develop healthy ways to cope with your struggles
Wednesdays at 2:00-3:00pm at the CenterPointe Campus for Health & WellBeing located at 2202 S. 11th St. Lincoln, NE.
This group begins August 21st, 2024, and is open to the public.
Colorful Connections Group
Foster your resiliency by being your authentic self. Join us for our Colorful Connections group to explore and affirm who you are in a safe LGBTQ+ environment.
- Learn to identify and promote positive self-regard and know your self-worth.
- Acquire skills to navigate gender identity, sexual orientation, and affirm your body.
- Focus on strengths and coping skills.
- Explore how stigma and discrimination affect personal development overtime.
- Develop and nurture your self-growth to maintain resiliency.
- Learn to create affirming thoughts about who you are.
- Build supportive relationships and well-being.

Artists on the Edge
We provide a safe space for artists to share their talents and experiences with mental health.
This group is sponsored by CenterPointe and Lincoln Parks and Recreation. Art supplies provided.

This is a group for writers who are passionate about writing and sharing their experiences with mental health.
