Serving children & youth, up to age 19, and their parents/caregivers.
SquareOne – where you can begin again. Starting with SquareOne isn’t about giving up or feeling defeated. It’s about embracing a fresh beginning with renewed determination. It’s hitting that reset button, taking a deep breath, and saying, “Let’s rewrite the plan and try again.”
At SquareOne, crises are not defining moments; they’re moments to reevaluate and grow. Our approach is rooted in compassion and understanding. When you enter SquareOne, judgment is left at the door. We are here to assess your situation with empathy, help you discover the roots of the problem, and craft solutions for a new start.
Our services include:
- Crisis Response-24/7 access to walk-in and mobile crisis response for youth and families. All youth are screened for suicide, given a risk assessment, counseling on access to lethal means, and safety planning is done as needed. SquareOne staff assist in identifying coping skills, social supports, and resources.
- Crisis Therapy-Provides up to 2 sessions with a licensed therapist to include an assessment and follow up to go over recommendations and referral to ongoing services.
- Post-Crisis Ongoing Support-Provides up to 90-days of ongoing support with a family support worker who collaboratively creates a recovery plan with the youth and family to identify goals and coordinate care.
Families in crisis need a place to regroup and rebuild, and that’s precisely what SquareOne provides, offering immediate support, healing, and hope.
Services are available at the CenterPointe Campus for Health and WellBeing located at 2202 S. 11th St. in Lincoln, NE on Mondays-Fridays 8:00am-8:00pm. We know crisis doesn't always happen between those hours. If services are needed outside of these hours, please give us a call at 402-899-8608.
