We offer a broad array of residential programs to improve quality of life, develop long-term recovery and independent living skills, and connect people with resources to meet basic needs. 

  • AnchorPointe South

    This is an in-depth treatment experience designed to help you understand how your mental illness and addiction interact with each other.

    This program offers transitional housing and co-occurring treatment for adults 19 and over. People admitted to this Lincoln program are experiencing severe and persistent mental illness and substance use.

    The program includes:

    • Individual, group, and family counseling
    • Psychiatric care
    • Nursing Care
    • Recreational activities
    • Nutritional services
    • Mental health, substance use, wellness, and life skills education
    • Care Management

  • Community Transitions

    Staff and services available 24hrs a day in a residential facility for adults experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders.

    Programming is rehabilitative and recovery-focused to help individuals transition from long-term hospitalization to independent living. 

    Preference given to low-income individuals being discharged from hospitalization.
