This is a long-term program for individuals experiencing both severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders.
AnchorPointe South
This is an in-depth treatment experience designed to help you understand how your mental illness and addiction interact with each other.
This program offers transitional housing and co-occurring treatment for adults 19 and over. People admitted to this Lincoln program are experiencing severe and persistent mental illness and substance use.
The program includes:
- Individual, group, and family counseling
- Psychiatric care
- Nursing Care
- Recreational activities
- Nutritional services
- Mental health, substance use, wellness, and life skills education
- Care Management

A psychiatric residential rehabilitation program for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use. Focuses on increasing independence in daily life.
Community Transitions
Staff and services available 24hrs a day in a residential facility for adults experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders.
Programming is rehabilitative and recovery-focused to help individuals transition from long-term hospitalization to independent living.
Preference given to low-income individuals being discharged from hospitalization.
