General Information
CenterPointe is a nonprofit healthcare provider serving Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska, dedicated to helping people get better, sooner, for longer. We offer over forty programs, including mental health and substance use treatment, primary care services, rehabilitation, medication management, 24-hour crisis response, street outreach, and housing. Most of those served experience severe and persistent mental illness, addiction, and health issues. Nearly all are low or no income. This year, CenterPointe served nearly 5,200 individuals, the largest in our history.
