Our clinic provides occupational health services, including pre-employment physicals, fitness-for-duty exams, work-related injury evaluations, and employer-mandated screenings. Visits may include medical history review, physical assessment, drug/alcohol testing (if applicable), and documentation of work status or restrictions. Occupational health services are typically paid by the employer or as otherwise specified. Results and work status information are shared only with authorized employer representatives or insurers. Employers may complete the employer form below and call to schedule an appointment on behalf of the individual.
Primary Care services are available at our Campus for Health & WellBeing, located at 2202 S. 11th St. in Lincoln.
